Calendar: the special helper puts up the date, adds to our weather graph, and counts days at school.

Math: 

Students in grade 1 - 
Worked on various graphing pages to further their understanding of polling a group, collecting data, and placing it into a bar graph. They then had to answer question about their graphs to understand how to read a graph and understand what it is meaning.

Students in grade 2 
Worked on various graphing pages to further their understanding of polling a group, collecting data, and placing it into a bar graph. They then had to answer question about their graphs to understand how to read a graph and understand what it is meaning.

Agendas: Students wrote reminders:


  • Please be at school by 8:45am Weds. In full dress uniform with a disposable lunch
  • Spelling journals due Thursday
  • Bake Sale Weds-Thurs
  • Re-Registration packages due back ASAP to ensure your spot for next year 
  • Spelling test Fri.

Language:
Students worked on their spelling words in their work books. They looked at the meaning of each of their words, they long/short vowel sounds they make, words they rhyme with, and how to use the words properly in sentences.
