April 6 and 7

Language:

Today we used our language time to begin writing a letter to our pen pals! We will be sending them our Flat Stanely/Stella adventures from March Break as well as our Flat Stanely/Stella for them to have an adventure with! We are very excited for their return letters!

Calendar: the special helper puts up the date, adds to our weather graph, and counts days at school.

Math:
Students in grade 1 - 
worked on recognizing groups of tens and placing items into groups of tens with ones left over

Students in grade 2 -

worked on counting tens and ones and placing them together to form double digit numbers
